moon2.jpgThis morning I did the last one of my 21 days morning exercise started since January 2nd,2008. I want to make this year ‘Special’ for me. Time flys so fast as usual. To control it, each day & each moment is so important. To remind this to myself, I started 21 days morning exercise. I get up around 5am and do some bowing exercise to keep a humble & grateful mind toward physical & spiritual growth. Then do ‘Brain wave vibration exercise’ or meditation feeling Ki(or Life) energy.

‘Think positive, feel positive and act positive’ are important. But in many cases, that is not easy unless I live my daily life with a certain type of efforts for that. Without any action related to it, it is difficult to imagine or feel it. That’s why we need an action or a practice. In all lectures by Ilchi lee, certain exercises are included. Just one good exercise habit can make your life different.

This morning I found a full moon, which is so close to the land but very bright. I just want to share it with you. ^_^
