A few years ago, I made a habit to change a thought unwanted in my brain. During a day, some negative thought,image or feeling often comes up in my brain unconsciously. At that moment, I shake my head shortly to left and right then tell myself that information is erased. After the shaking motion, it’s easier to tell and accept it than without any motion. I call it ‘ Brain Eraser’. As I repeat it, the eraser get working better. Ilchi lee has told in his book, ‘Brain Wave Vibration’, that it is easy to stop thinking when we shake our head. Brain Wave Vibration origins from this simple concept.

So now I’m considering about next step. I need a new pencil for brain. Using that pencil, I write or draw my vision and dream in my brain notebook clearly. To be a master on our brain, I think we need a brain eraser and pencil. As we practice with using them, Brain will be a vision notebook for successful life.
