Nowadays, I am reading a book a couple of pages a day. Whenever I read it, I can feel lots of energy, subtle stimulation around my brain and body. Many people have their own habits, some of them are good but some are not for health or growth. As we know, logically we can say which one is good or bad but very difficult to change. Because the habits stay in deep inside of our brain, that are not controlled by our thoughts. They stay in certain strong circuits in our brain. We need a certain stimulation to those circuits. It can be possible through ‘Vibration’.
How can we vibrate our brain, the circuits in it? Ilchi lee says, it is possible by ‘Brain Wave Vibration’. It helps us recover a natural status of our brain by Music, Action and Message. Whenever I’m reading the book, I feel lots of stimulation around my brain. I’m confident that I can change my body and emotion, my habits and my destiny through ‘Brain Wave Vibration’.
