There are lots of information coming up in our brain during a day. Some of them come form outside, Others from inside. But the important fact is ‘how much of them is created by our own willingness?’ Though it comes from inside of me, it may come from my previous bad or negative memories instead of good or positive ones. So in case of most of people, lots of information is created passively. That’s why people say, it is difficult to control my thoughts or emotions. So we need to know and train how to handle the information in our brain. A training to release negative things, to create positive things!

In this morning, I faced a certain situation then I got to think I don’t change or grow as much as I expect then I felt bad. After a while, I watched I’m losing conrol over my brain. Then I gave a warning to my brain. ‘What are you doing now?’ ‘What information are you giving to your brain?’ ‘Wake up, you are great. It is just matter of time. Focus and enjoy it’ Then I got to feel better and focused on what I’m supposed to do today.

Ilchi lee often says about ‘Brain Management’ Because many people live not as a true owner of their brain. Let’s practice to be an owner of our brain to live a healthy, happy, peaceful life~
