You cannot create something in the midst of reality unless you first go through a process it in your mind. When you are able to picture what you want very clearly, you will be able to move forward that specific goal. Creativity starts with imagination.
Will is the power that precedes imagination, and it is will that brings imagination into reality.
Creativity is not the result of chance and luck. Creativity happens through focus, determination, and passion.

Earth is the common, central value around which we can rally, the root of our existence, the actual reality of our lives.

This isn’t at all the way it works for me. So I will respectfully offer another way. I don’t think about what words I want to say, and the order in which I say them before I speak. I just speak. I am just as surprised by what comes out of my mouth as the person listening to me.
I don’t think we imagine something and then put that into practice. Now I am with you on the importance of the imagination. Our imagination is our own home.
Creativity doesn’t just happen in the mind. If you are a dancer it just appears. It happens in your body. If you are a painter you see what you have created, not thought about it then sort of implemented your thought on canvas.
Think about writing. I find it’s like listening to the muse. She will whisper in your ear if you’re lucky, or she’ll be in a bad mood and go off to have her hair done. Then you are out of luck.
I think creativity is a bit like being a radio. You sort of tune it in. For me it is a state of mind. I don’t control it. But if I am in the right state it come to me.
I get most of my ideas in the early morning when I am half asleep. Creativity is a bit like dreaming. If I am lucky enough to be open, then ideas and stories come to me.
