Nowadays I’m reading Ilchi lee ‘s articles on the relationship of health and spirit. I like a pratice. So I do over 100 push-ups and various short practices during my day times. It doesn’t take much time. Just 1 minute per hour~. But whenever I do those pratice, I remind myself of this, ‘I want to keep a good spirit, so I’m doing this practice.’ Before, I thought differently. For example, ‘I want to show something like six packs, muscles on my arms, a healthy shape,… to others.’ Now it is different.
Recently Ilchi lee mentioned about $1 and 1 min Enlightenment movement. 1 min can be a short time but when we do a push-up, we feel it is not that short ^_^. $1 is also not a small money if over millions of people join that.
Ilchi lee emphasize on the importance of spirit. My experiences also tell it easily. No matter how great feeling I have, no matter how healthy body I have, if I become controlled by a negative spirit even temporarily, those things become ruined right away. That’s why keeping a positive spirit all the time is important and we need a habit to keep it. The 1 min enlightenment is perfect for that. Every hour, if we do a certain physical movement or practice, it will be easier to keep a positve spirit all the time.
Ilchi lee teaches that when we have a good or positive spirit, we can breathe naturally, we can feel calm and we can feel energy and healthy. We may be curious what kind of spirit is recommended. Ilchi lee says, we need ‘Hong Ik’ spirit. It means the spirit of living for betterment of all the people on earth. And as we practice deeply, we get to feel, all of us has it within.
How about starting right now, push-ups for 1min every hour? It will approve itself. Good luck to all~
