Recently I read about three steps of spiritual growth in one of Ilchi lee‘s books.
The 3 steps are
Step 1: Physical energy accumulates
Step 2: Emotional energy becomes pure
Step 3: Spiritual energy lights up
For a long time I had thought the step 1, ‘Physical energy accumulates’, means about only physical parts like strong muscles,… But nowadays I got to understand that it has 2 meanings, which are ‘to have a physical health’ and ‘to be emotionally rich’. So when people are in level 1, they usually attract people because they are rich in emotion for themselves & others and have a physical health to share positive energy with others.
Then about the level 2, I think it means ‘to be harmonious with others & nature’, ‘to have a conscience’ and ‘to be capable’ So they like to do something pratical for more people rather than being selfish.
Finally at the level 3, they become clear and aware of the truth.
And these growth is possible through sincere study like study of principles, study of practice and study of living. If you are interested in human growth, Ilchi lee‘s book will be a great help. Good luck to you~
