Toe Tapping helps circulation to the lower extremities and balances water and fire energy in your body and also helpful for a deeper and more peaceful sleep. If you do this lying down, place your hands on your abdomen and move your toes side to side, tapping the big toes together and the pinky toes on the floor.
Abdominal Clapping is a simple but effective method for strengthening the lower abdomen by rhythmically striking it with your palms of both hands. Stimulating the area in this way facilitates the circulation of both blood and energy throughout the body.
1. Spread your feed shoulder-width apart bending your knees slightly.
2. Point your toes slightly inward
3. Strike the lower abdomen area with both palms in rhythm, lightly bouncing your knees with each strike.
4. You may increase the number and force of the strikes with more practice.

Insomnia is a huge factor when dealing with stress. Taking prescribed medication was not the answer for me as I would finally wake up feeling like I got knocked out and had no feeling of my body. Worse feeling than not getting to sleep. I tried toe tapping with thythm at my Henderson Center and that was the answer to a peaceful sleep. Tahnk You, Dahn Yoga!
