Whole Body Tapping consists of patting the body to help circulation, open blockages, and release stagnant energy throughout the whole body.

1. Tap all over your head and face.

2. Stretch your left hand with your palm facing up. Pat rhythmically downward from the left shoulder to the left hand.

3. Turn your left hand over and pat your way back up to the left shoulder again and repeat 2, 3 to the opposite hand.

4. Pat your chest with both hands.

5. Pat your ribs, abdomen, and sides.

6. Pat the area just below the right rib cage where your liver is located.

7. Tap the area just below the left rib cage where your stomach is located.

8. Bend over slightly from the waist, and pat the area on your lower back where your kidneys are located. Move up, tapping as far as your hands can reach.

9. Tap your way down to your buttocks, and pat your way down the back of your legs to your ankles.

10. From your ankles, pat your way up the front of your legs until you reach your thighs.

11. Pat your way down the outsides of your legs to your ankles.

12. Pat your way up the insides of your legs to your upper thighs.

13. Finish up by striking your lower abdomen about twenty times with the legs shoulder-width apart and the knees slightly bent.
